My Story
Started
with drying flowers.
Got a little
obsessed.
Hi, I’m Nicola — flower grower, maker, and lover of all things textural, seasonal and slightly wild. What began in the garden slowly grew into Long Time Blooms — a slower, more thoughtful approach to floristry shaped by seasonality, art-making and a love of things that last.
With a background in fine arts, I’m drawn to colour, form, movement and the beauty of imperfect things. My work is guided as much by the seasons as it is by intuition — often with a quiet disregard for trends and traditional floral rules.
Everything is grown, dried and arranged with care from my home studio in Ĺtepoti, Dunedin.
